The following are the required items for men and women:
Men are required to wear their Class A uniform (blues) with their service cap.
Women wear the blue dress uniform of their service branch, which consists of a long-sleeved blue coat, blue skirt or pants and white blouse or shirt. For female graduates in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps programs, women are also allowed to wear their blue shorts and t-shirts with their ROTC dress uniforms.
All male graduates who have completed Basic Military Training (BMT) must wear their black BMT cap until after they receive their diploma from the commanding general. This includes all Air Force Specialty Codes including Security Forces, Combat Control (CCT), Pararescue (PJ), etc., as well as those who were not assigned to BMT during training due to medical reasons or religious beliefs. Females do not need to wear their caps.
