Best Upper Body Dumbbell Workout For Weight Loss

If you’re looking for an upper body workout that will help you lose weight, these dumbbell exercises are a great place to start.

You’ll burn more calories with this workout than you would if you just did the same exercises on the bench press machine in your gym. That’s because the dumbbells require more balance and coordination, which means more muscle fibers are being recruited and used.

In addition to helping with weight loss, these dumbbell exercises will also improve your posture and strengthen your core muscles. If you want to see results as quickly as possible, I recommend doing this routine twice a week for at least eight weeks straight.
