Best Hotworx Workout For Weight Loss

Most people launch a calorie-burn mission to lose fat and drop weight. As a general rule, it takes a 3,500-calorie burn to lose a pound of body weight—which sounds like a lot, doesn’t it?

No need to worry, this can be accomplished with just four HOTWORX® sessions because the average person burns 250–450 calories during a 30-minute infrared workout and experiences another 350–600-calorie after-burn during the 60 minutes immediately following the workout.

One of the reasons for this increased calorie burn is that elevating your body’s core temperature accelerates your metabolism. In fact, for every 1.8°F your body temperature goes up, your metabolism increases approximately 10–13 percent.¹

Naturally, when training in a heated environment—whether it’s running outside in the Vegas heat during the middle of summer or practicing yoga inside of a HOTWORX® infrared sauna—your body’s core temperature will elevate more rapidly than when you are working out in an air-conditioned gym or fitness studio. Rapid elevation of your core temperature reduces the time required for your warm-up phase by 50% and allows you to get to the calorie burn faster.

With an infrared studio, it takes only a short time with a workout such as Pilates or yoga to generate an incredible calorie burn and supercharge to your metabolism for weight loss. And, the added bonus is that you will experience the same high-level energy spend during the post-workout after-burn as your body works off calories to achieve homeostasis!

It’s also important to know that through exposure to infrared during exercise, your body will burn fat because your muscles gain energy from processing fat and sugar that is supplied from your blood.

If your goal through the infrared burn-off process is to lose weight, then I recommend combining your infrared workouts with a daily practice of keeping your body in caloric deficit by eating less calories than your basal metabolic rate (BMR). You can easily calculate your BMR through any number of websites. Just Google around and find one that you like.

According to livestrong.com: “When your body is in this state of caloric deficit, it uses your fat stores for energy in a complex chemical process that eventually leads you to excrete most of the excess fat via your lungs.” Researchers determined that “the fat actually excretes as about 85 percent carbon dioxide through the lungs and 15 percent water through your urine, feces, sweat, and tears. . . .”

As you achieve muscle gains and weight loss through infrared training, be careful not to begin to consume more calories than you use again, though, because your body will return to filling up the deflated fat cells causing you to gain weight once again.

Hotworx Workout Schedule

I would venture to say that most workout routines in America today end in a failure.  They fail due to poor results.  The individual will aspire to achieve the goal but becomes frustrated and falls off the workout wagon.

You gotta stay motivated, so there is that.  But sometimes motivation is lost due to an improper training method, thus, causing an individual to quit.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of people who join health clubs quit because they don’t use the facility enough, and since they don’t come often enough they certainly don’t see the results that they want.

But why do they stop coming to the gym or studio in the first place?

Just as anything in life, a workout routine needs integrity to withstand the test of time.  Workout integrity is based on proper methodology.  Poor workout methods cause people to fall into a workout rut sometimes.  This can lead to fitness negativity, poor studio attendance and outright apathy.

Often times people stop coming because of a flawed workout program that dooms them to failure without them even knowing it.  For example, many people get stuck in a rut of only practicing one workout type.  If all you do is yoga, then eventually you will get bored and either quit or look for a change.  Or, maybe all you do is run and you’ve reached a plateau.  You might be stuck on an indoor cycling routine.

It’s time for some variety!  Get out of that rut.  It’s time to INCORPORATE INFRARED CROSS-TRAINING into your weekly workout routine!

If you are a new member of a HOTWORX 24Hr Infrared Fitness Studio then you have joined a studio that provides you with the opportunity to cross-train until your heart’s content.  It would take almost three weeks of training four days per week to do the same workout type again within a HOTWORX studio.

Take a moment to look over the HOTWORX Training Method:

The key to training success is cross-training my friends.  Use all of the numerous workouts available and never let yourself get stuck on one workout type.  My workout routine consists of five weight training sessions Monday – Friday at 7:30 a.m. and 3-4 Infrared isometric workouts per week usually during my lunch break.  I never do the same isometric workout twice in any given week.  This isometric round-robbin approach provides sufficient cross-training to my routine.

Cross-training provides for a more complete strengthening and conditioning of your muscle groups.

Cross-training does three things:

1-Keeps you from getting bored with the same workout type.

2-Keeps you motivated.

3-Ensures that all of your muscle groups are fully worked and that they are worked differently.

Cross-training creates a wholistic fitness result as opposed to select muscles being worked similarly with only one workout type.

The whole is always greater than the sum of a part.  USE MULTIPLE WORKOUT TYPES!

Cross-training will give you the most from your weekly infrared training routine!

Best Hotworx Workout For Weight Loss

The best Hotworx workout for weight loss is a 30-minute routine that will tone your body, burn calories, and help you feel amazing.

It’s called the “Hotworx Superset.”

Here’s how it works:

  • Start with 5 minutes of cardio to warm up, then move into two sets of 15 reps each of all 12 exercises. You’ll do each set of exercises back to back without any rest in between.
  • Once you finish these two supersets, rest for 2 minutes and repeat the superset again twice more. That’s three supersets total!
  • After your third superset, take another 2 minute break before moving on to the second part of this workout, which is also three supersets long.
